Grilled Peppercorn Flank Steak

Need another QUICK dinner idea for a SUPER BUSY night!
You will be pleasantly surprised with this one.... Grilled Peppercorn Flank Steak !  Flank steak is a super lean cut of steak and with this super quick and easy marinade....you CAN'T go wrong!

Welcome to my blog and welcome back if you are a returning visitor!  I'd LOVE if you would stay awhile and click on 'follow' to become a follower!

Remember:  Recipes Posted Daily....so hopefully we will see you tomorrow!

So TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT that I need to make dinner and feed everyone in about 30 minutes flat!  Tuesdays are full of T-ball and Dance classes and everything in between!  My thoughts...."hmmm, what doesn't take a lot of time and money and will NOT REQUIRE tons of time in the kitchen?"
Nutritional Info Per ServingONLY ABOUT 250 CALORIES!!!
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cook Time:  About 15 minutes on the grill
Number of Servings: 4
1 -  1 pound Flank Steak
4 -  tablespoons Spicy Brown Mustard
1  - Black Peppercorn Marinade Packet
Pam Cooking Spray
Preheat grill to High Heat

Spread 2 tablespoons of your Spicy Brown Mustard on each side of your flank steak.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of your Black Peppercorn Marinade Packet evenly on each side of your flank steak and massage into the mustard coating.

Note:  I buy these packets and then save the leftovers for another recipe.  Use these empty Spice Jars to save it in your spice cabinet!  Like mine here....

Place your marinated steak directly on the hot grill just long enough to make seer marks and then flip.  Once you have seer marks on both sides, lower heat to medium heat and grill until desired temperature.

We like a medium steak without any blood but showing some pink.

Whaaaaa.....Laaaaa!  Once again you have achieved GREATNESS in the kitchen!  Toss together a quick salad and you have one healthy meal for your family!  ENJOY!

THANK YOU THANK YOU  for STOPPING by my blog.    I would LOOOOVE to hear your comments and all about how YOUR cooking adventures went.

How did yours turn out??
